ONE Joins with 'Shoes For Orphan Souls'
Jesus said in Matthew 25:45 ‘…I tell you the truth, whatever you did not do for one of the
least of these, you did not do for me.”
In an unprecedented event, ONE joins with Shoes for Orphan Souls to extend worship
‘to the least of these’. Join us as we worship around the globe through a simple, but
life changing touch.
Shoes for Orphan Souls, a ministry of Buckner International, has distributed more than
1.5 million pairs of new shoes and socks to needy children around the world since 1999.
While the program has made a difference in many lives, there are still millions of
children to be reached — all through a pair of shoes.
Buckner International is a vast organization founded in 1879 with the purpose of caring
for widows and orphans based on the New Testament mandate of Jesus Christ. For
nearly 130 years, Buckner has cared for the diversified needs of those Jesus called
“the least of these.”
